Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept return requests only if the book delivered is physically damaged, defective, or if the wrong title was sent. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order by contacting us at [email protected] or [email protected].

Proof of Damage

Please attach clear photographs of the damaged book and the packaging in your email.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
